Do clients have to book on the website to book an appointment?
Yes! Clients must book through the booking website to book any service. ​

What is the deposit fee?
A deposit fee is to secure your appointment and shows how serious the clients are about my business.The deposit if is 50% of total price of the services that are priced $50 and over. For example: Medium Box braids start at $250. The deposit is $125.  

Is the clients deposit fee included in the total for the service?
Yes! all Deposits go towards the clients total and you pay the remaining balance the day of the appointment. Placing the deposit secure the clients appointment.

If the client is late...Can the client still be seen for their appointment?
Yes and no. Yes, because the clients has a 15 minutes grace period after the original appointment time. Now the answer is a no if the client is more than15 minutes late for the appointment. The appointment is then canceled and the card on file is charged with a cancellation fee which is the full amount of the service the client booked.

What type of payment systems dose Niques' Hair Styles accept?
I accepted Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Vise-Debit and CA$H. When checking out and the clients pay with Cash app, venmo its an additional $3.00 fee and/or Visa-debit is an additional $5.00 fee.​

Is there other transportation near by?
The shop is located next to the kent station which as the light rail station and bus services. Clients can also UBER/LYFT to the location.


Where can clients park their car?
 Street parking only.​
