NO SHOW or NO CALL 

If the client takes action of a "NO SHOW or NO CALL" which is not communicating by calling or showing up to their appointment the clients appointment is  CANCELLED  and he full payment will be charge with the card on file and a new deposit is required.

LATE FEE POLICY

$15 late fee is charged if the client is more than 15 minutes LATE. If the client is LATE and the stylist has appointments after the client that is late, the appointment is CANCELED and the full payment will be charge with the card on file.

CANCELLATION FEE & REFUND POLICY

The client has 48 HOURS to contact the stylist (NIQUE) in order to be REFUNDED for the deposit. Or is allowed one re-scheduled appointment. With out a 48 hour notice the DEPOSIT is forfeit and becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. If the client contact the stylist within 48 hours and the one re-scheduled appointment is booked and the client fails to come to there appointment the deposit is CANCELLED & NON-REFUNDABLE and the full payment will be charge with the card on file and a new deposit is require for next appointment.
